Equine Essentials

Whether you are brand new to horses or already horse-obsessed, this program blends hands-on experience, classroom learning and fun! This program is 2 hours, once a month for ages 6+.

1st Saturday: Ages 6-10

3rd Saturday: Ages 10+

1pm-3pm

Starting in May 2026, minimum 3 students, max 6 students.

Each class includes:

• Hands-on horse care and safety skills

• Classroom learning on anatomy, behavior, tack, and more

• Grooming, groundwork, and horse husbandry

• Riding instruction

• Emphasis on respectful horsemanship, and personal responsibility

Drop-in classes or register for all, students should bring light snack/drink.
